CHANGES IN THE LAW

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (referred to as “GDPR “, “ORODO”, “GDPR” or “General Data Protection Regulation”), we inform you about the processing of your personal data and the principles on which it is done.

WHO IS THE RECIPIENT OF PERSONAL DATA?

72 HOURS

In the event of a breach of personal data security, we undertake to notify the supervisory authority and the data subjects within 72 hours of discovering the breach.
In case of doubts related to the processing of personal data, you can contact the Administrator with a request for information. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
This entity can provide you with the necessary information about your rights and our obligations in relation to your personal data, as well as deal with complaints that you may report if you believe that we are processing your personal data incorrectly.
